This notice explains how ImmuneForward handles newsletter subscriptions, contact messages and information needed to operate the website.
Who Runs ImmuneForward?
ImmuneForward is independently created and maintained by Dr. David M. Cauvi. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to Immuneforward@gmail.com.

Contact Messages
The contact page prepares an email draft in your own email app. The message builder does not save messages in a website database. If you send the email, your name, email address and message are processed by your email provider and the receiving Gmail account so I can respond.
Please do not send medical records or sensitive personal health information. Contacting ImmuneForward does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you subscribe, your email address and optional first name are sent to Brevo, the email platform used to manage the ImmuneForward Community list, confirmation emails, newsletters and unsubscribe requests. Double opt-in asks you to confirm your subscription by email.
Brevo may process technical delivery and engagement information, such as delivery failures, link clicks and email opens where enabled. These signals can be affected by email-provider privacy features. See Brevo’s privacy policy for details about its processing.
Your contact information is used for the newsletter you requested, not added to unrelated mailing lists. You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or contact me for help.
Hosting, Fonts and External Links
When the website is hosted on Hostinger, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and operation. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires a connection to Google’s servers.
Links to PubMed, CDC and other external resources take you to websites with their own privacy practices. The contact and newsletter services described above also have their own service-provider policies.
This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics platform. If these features are added, this notice and any necessary consent controls will be updated.
Your Choices and Requests
You can read the educational pages without subscribing or sending a message. First name is optional for newsletter signup. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied by emailing the address above; reasonable verification may be needed to protect your information.
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to necessary security, unsubscribe-suppression, backup and legal records. Service-provider retention and international processing may also apply. Please contact me with a specific retention or deletion question.
